Subcontractor network
Estimators need companies that perform the right work, operate in the project's market, can be reached, and are realistic candidates for the package. Division Zero combines a shared company databank with each contractor's private relationship history.
Most contractors already have subcontractors they know and trust. Import existing contacts, including BuildingConnected exports, into a private network called My Companies.
When the contractor enters a new region, pursues a different project type, or needs coverage for an unfamiliar trade, estimators can search a broader company databank assembled from contractor exports, licensing and certification datasets, public sources, and reviewed evidence. The size of the list is not the product promise. The estimator decides whom to invite.
An approved invitation list is the starting point. As bidders view the package, ask questions, decline, or submit, the package record shows the difference between a company on a list and a company that is actually participating.
Identity, public contacts, addresses, trades, licenses, certifications, and qualification evidence.
My Companies membership, invitations, bids, amounts, awards, and correspondence. One contractor's pricing is not exposed to another.
Illustrative product description. Division Zero helps the estimator search, filter, and organize. It does not silently decide whom to invite.
Private-pilot access is available to a limited number of commercial general contractors.
