Division Zero was created from within an operating construction company by people who understand how much work happens before a project is awarded.
The problem we experienced.
The pressure in construction begins before anyone mobilizes: an estimating team has to turn a plan set into a complete, competitive number under a hard deadline. If that process fails, the contractor may lose the opportunity or win the project with risk it did not understand.
Plans, scopes, bidder lists, email, proposal files, leveling spreadsheets, and award records live in different places. Division Zero connects that work into one continuous record.
Construction experience behind the system.
The product is built around the way estimators review documents, assemble scopes, find subcontractors, manage outreach, collect proposals, level bids, and hand decisions into construction. It is not a generic document-chatting tool with construction terminology added afterward.
